This policy explains what personal data Quant Service AI (“we”) collects, why, and your rights over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the registry and reply to enquiries.
What we collect
- Enquiry data — the name, email and message you send us, used only to reply and to fulfil a sourcing request.
- Dispatch email — stored only to send you our occasional dispatch, with one-click unsubscribe in every issue.
- Anonymous analytics — aggregate visit data, and only if you consent via the cookie banner.
What we never do
We do not sell your data or use it to target you with third-party advertising. Marketing and analytics cookies stay off until you opt in.
Legal basis & your rights
We process data under the UK GDPR on the basis of consent and legitimate interest. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; dispatch details until you unsubscribe. Purchase and provenance records are retained as long as needed to honour buy-backs and re-issue documentation.
